What’s included with each rental?
Standard grip (C-stands, sandbags, polyboards), stepladder, rolling cart, and access to blackout curtains or daylight diffusion. Power distribution and silent HVAC are included.
How quiet are the rooms?
Most rooms measure 30–40 dB at the shooting position during business hours. We also offer fully isolated “Blackout Box” rooms for highly sensitive audio.
Do you offer cycloramas?
Yes, several stages feature white or green cyc walls. Search for “cyclorama” in the catalog filters.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 72 hours before the start time. Within 72–24 hours, a 50% fee applies. Within 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable. See our Terms.
Do I need insurance?
For productions with 6+ crew or specialty rigs, we require a certificate of insurance naming Clickstage Studio Rentals as additionally insured.
Can I tour a studio before booking?
Yes. Book a 15-minute scout during office hours. We can also provide a live video walk-through.
Do you provide lighting gear?
Studios include basic grip; lights and cameras are available through partner vendors. We can coordinate delivery and pickup.
How do deposits and overtime work?
A refundable security deposit may apply based on crew size. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate unless otherwise noted.
